pleasure & intimacy coach

grounded, real-world support to awaken your pleasure potential and erotic, embodied aliveness.

in a world addicted to extraction
to more stuff, more content, faster fixes
slowing down and listening to the wisdom of your body is a quiet act of creative rebellion.

you don’t need more techniques.
you don’t need another checklist, hack, or five-step promise to “mind-blowing orgasms.”

what you may be longing for is something deeper, subtler, and far more sustainable.

supporting you to connect with your aliveness

why pleasure coaching?

because pleasure is not frivolous.
it regulates us. it matters
it is an incredible source of information about who you are and what’s most important to you.

pleasure and intimacy coaching is designed to support you to feel more at ease with your sexuality, your desires, your relationship to pleasure and aliveness, and how you relate sexually to yourself or others.

this work is grounded and practical.

we begin with what’s happening for you right now.
we clarify what you want to shift.

and we explore realistic, embodied pathways that support changes that feel meaningful and doable for you.

nothing is imposed.
everything is collaborative.

and most importantly, achievable.

pleasure is a learnable skill.

  • pleasure and intimacy coaching is not about performance or fixing yourself.

it’s about stoking the fire of eros
the sense of aliveness, creativity, connection, and desire.

it’s an invitation to slow down and become curious again.
to feel more, not do more.
to listen for your yes, your no, and everything in between.

    together, we explore:

    • reconnecting with your body’s innate wisdom

    • honouring and communicating boundaries with clarity and self-respect

    • staying grounded and present in intimacy

    • cultivating pleasure that feels nourishing, safe, and true for you

    • meeting desire, numbness, or uncertainty with compassion rather than pressure

this work is relational, embodied, and deeply human.
it unfolds at the pace your nervous system can trust.

  • this is not about learning techniques to be a “better lover” or positions for mind-blowing orgasms.

it’s about learning to listen to, respect, and lovingly accept your body and what she actually needs.
and yes, that kind of listening may inadvertently lead to mind-blowing orgasms, but that’s a by-product, not the goal.

this work isn’t about quick fixes, spiritual bypassing, or woo-woo promises.
it’s not about pushing past discomfort or overriding your nervous system in the name of growth.

instead, you’ll find attuned, integrated, trauma-informed support that recognises this work requires care, patience, and deep respect.

we always work at the pace that feels right for you.
    your body sets the tempo.
consent, choice, and agency are central at every step.

  • maybe you recognise this…

a sense of disconnection from your body, your desire, or your pleasure.
Confusion about what actually feels right for you.
a dulling of aliveness, playfulness, or erotic spark.
unclear or shaky boundaries in intimacy or relationship.
feeling overwhelmed, braced, or disconnected from yourself.

none of this means something is wrong with you.
often, it means your body is asking to be listened to. there’s more to the story.

    you may need some guidance

this is where pleasure and intimacy coaching can be supportive

  • this work is relational, embodied, and deeply human.

it’s not about performance or becoming someone or thing else (unless that is what turns you on!).

it’s about coming home to yourself.

    many clients describe feeling:

    • more at ease in their bodies

    • more resourced and regulated

    • more self-trusting and self-accepting

    • more connected to pleasure, boundaries, and desire

    • more alive in everyday life, not just in the bedroom

  • alex is a pleasure coach working with women and vulva-owners. with over a decade of counselling experience, her trauma-informed approach is grounded, gentle, and collaborative, supporting clients to reconnect with pleasure, boundaries, and embodied aliveness at a pace their nervous system can trust.
